There are 4 little bikes.  Two are golden and 2 are silver.
The chain is silver tone brass in brass and heavy duty, is vintage and has a brass rope toggle clasp on it to hold it secure and make it adjustable. It is a 8 1/2 inches.  It can be made smaller or larger, just let me know.
