Default Enrollment Audit Hearing

ENROLLMENT AUDIT HEARING

An Enrollment Audit Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 19th at 1 PM in the Tribal Council House.
It will be in your best interest to attend.

I am qurious as to what will happen to those who have been enrolled illegally? i.e. will they have to pay per caps, medical and services provided?

I meant do they have reimburse the tribe for all thay they got illeagally

this is a point i need to understand. what if the ascendants had their names removed from the rolls, then their descendants chose to be put back on the roll. What happens then?

To the best of my knowledge, if a name is removed for whatever reason, no descindant may be enrolled. You must demonstrate direct descindancy.
There are 300 names being removed at this time.
Chief Hicks wants to compensate them, probably because his in-laws and suppoters are impoperly enrolled and/or five dollar enrollees. The chief's mothe-in-law is descinded from adoptees according to documentation brought forth from the Squirrell family whose family actually owns the land Saunooke Village was built on.
